I have never grown beets before, and today I got to pull up my very first home-grown beet!
And there are about 2 more dozen out in the garden just like it. I’m so excited!

Wow, yum!!! That beet looks gorgeous! And, now I’m hungry for beets, lol. Your garden looks so good. I’ve been dragging my feet in starting a small garden myself. Good for you…enjoy those veggies!

I have found it only takes a ‘very’ short row of beets to do me. There’s only so much that you can do with a beet. Grin
