I forgot to mention in my last post on bread baking that this morning when I was making bread, I totally had the dough all done and it was set to rise for it’s first time. I checked on it about 15 minutes into the rise to see how it was going and….nothing. So, I came back 10 minutes later and still: nothing.

That’s when I realized ‘Oh yeah…I forgot to add the yeast!’

Bread baking in a hurry doesn’t always pan out I guess.
